By booking a consultation with Jyotish by Mamta, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

Astrology offers guidance, not guarantees. All insights shared are based on the interpretation of your birth chart using principles of Vedic astrology. They are not definitive predictions of future events, but tools to help you understand patterns and timing in your life.

2. No Substitutes for Professional Advice

Astrological consultations are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. If you have serious concerns in these areas, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the birth chart analysis begins. We invest considerable time and energy into each reading. No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the interpretation.

4. Confidentiality

All personal details you share — including your birth data and life circumstances — are kept strictly confidential. They will never be shared with third parties or used for marketing without your consent.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to request a consultation. If you are under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

6. Rescheduling & Follow-ups

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule once with a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Follow-up sessions are available only to clients who have completed a full consultation.

7. Legal Notice

Jyotish by Mamta does not promise miracles, magical solutions, or guaranteed results. We do not practise Tantra, black magic, or superstition. We are committed to sincere, honest astrological interpretation grounded in Vedic tradition.

8. Platform & Data Use

We use third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Tally, Notion, and Gmail to collect and process your data. These tools have their own privacy and security measures. Your data is never sold or shared beyond the purpose of your consultation.
